House of Sophrosyne is a residential addiction treatment centre located in Windsor, Ontario. House of Sophrosyne is primarily focused on treating women who are experiencing substance misuse and interested in being treated through a holistic approach. The name Sophrosyne stems for the goddess of discretion, temperance and moderation. They believe that an all-female environment is necessary to sustain the process of recovery. Their programs and services include: a 5-week residential treatment, community treatment, caring connections, supportive housing, and transitional housing. LHIN/Publically Funded Beds available to women ages 16 or older who have a valid Ontario Health Card – there is a waitlist for their residential treatment.
